Refund & Return Policy

 

Overview

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Some products have a restocking fee or may only be eligible for replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Air Tubing

  • Powder Hose

  • Filters

  • Custom or Special-Order Items

All returns must be pre-approved and include an RMA# issued by Arizona Powder Supply.


 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. We’ll confirm whether your refund has been approved or denied.

Approved refunds will be issued either:

  • As a credit to your original payment method, or

  • As a store credit to apply toward future purchases.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.


 

Exchanges

We replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same item, contact us at azpowder@azpowder.com for instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

For higher-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee receipt of returned items.
